Boromir (T.A. 2978-3019), a fictional character from J. R. R. Tolkien's fantasy universe of Middle-earth, was the eldest son of Denethor II, last ruling Steward of Gondor in the Third Age of Middle-earth. He was one of a Nine Walkers world health organization manufactured higher a Fellowship of the Ring in The Lord of the Rings.

Within Peter Jackson's film The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, Boromir is played by Sean Bean.
